This wasn't working. Slowly, Tricops moved to the tarbo's ankle, and bit down. It wasn't wounding, and it didn't come close to the tendon's, but it caused immense pain as he wriggled his head about.

Keeron roared and glared down at raptor biting his ankle. Why, I'll crush that annoying little pest! he thought to himself, angry that this pathetic little creature dare attack him. He kicked it off, then raised his foot up to stomp on it. Just as he did, he suddenly remembered the Sucho as well. His yellow eyes flicked over from one animal to the other.

Kerog found the raptor irritating and knocked it into a tree with a swipe of his mighty talons.SMACK!THUD!He then roared at the unmoving body of the raptor and slashed his claws in the air.He then stared at his opponent who has moved at all. This Tarbo is very peculiar...
Edit:Oops.I'll wait til Dino updates.
Edit:lol Ignore the top part.Conflicting posts are signs that this is getting active.XD

Tricops began seeing bright flashes of white. This was a bad idea. He tried to stand up, but his adrenaline forced him to rocket up the tree, a velociraptor's last ditch escape. Before he could make it up though, he slipped and fell. rage pulsed through his veins, and he flew through the air at the tarbo, biting and clawing wildly at it's eyes. He slammed to the ground, and sprinted to the forest to escape, leaving his food, and maybe his last chance for it, behind.

Keeron thrashed his head and closed his eyes as the raptor went at his face like some sort of mad thing. Luckily he remained unscathed. Still very ticked off at the raptor, he roared and chased after it, but only as far as several steps and watched as it sped off into the woods. He looked back at the Sucho, and began to think that this oversized croc-faced critter was getting on his nerves as well.

Tricops. The Velociraptor. He stole the Shuuvia. Revenge! thought Dave. The raptor was slow. Too slow. Dave charges and bites down hard, injecting Tricops with venom. Dave runs off, while Tricops screeches. The venom isn't strong enough to kill a raptor. Just enough to make him sick. Vomiting, fatigue, fever. The works. 48 hours in hell...

(Lol Hermes.. Was that some minor godmodding going on there?)
Keeron was rather aware that the Sucho was following him. Great, he thought, growing agitated, What does HE want? He turned around to face the other theropod and snarled at it.
Edit: heading off for the night.

Godmodding? Really? Here's some godmodding: Dave jumped in the air. Though his claws were tiny, he gave some major wounds to Keeron. A quick bite, and Keeron was on the ground, seizing. Then, he lay still, dead. Kerog backed away, terrified. Anyway, that never happened and if you guys want, I'll kill Dave. I know just how. Giants. So darn noisy. Scaring away the smaller prey. Or stepping on them. Looking for food, he spots a small beetle. Bright red, but Dave is hungry. It squirts something in Dave's eyes, temporarily blinded. He's getting sleepppppppyyyyyyyyyyy......................

Dave wakes up later. The beetle is gone. But that's not all bad. Camouflaged, Dave finds himself surrounded by Shuuvia, so unaware of his presence. He attempts to get up, and they run. He's to tired. He tries to follow, but he trips and falls. He tries to get up, but he can't feel his legs anymore. He'll have to wait for the food to come to him. But right now, he's a sitting duck.

And with that,Dave vanished before Kerog could sink his jaws into his feather flesh.(When a person leaves, the creature vanishes, that way no one dies while they're gone! ;D)Kerog then saw the "Lol" osauruses and ate 10 in one gulp.He hears them trickle down his throat as they lol into his digestive system.Loltastic.
Goodnight Hermes!

(interesting concept, drac! so does that mean I just reappeared?) Kerog suddenly looks up from his meal, disturbed. He feels something has messed with reality and the time space continuum and broken it.But what?He hears something. Dave. Then another. Broke. Then last a sentence. The names starting with K!.He feels a chill but then shrugs it off.He continues eating his meal. (How Douglas Adams-y...) The Saurolophus herd had to keep moving. There were about seven predators back there, it seemed, and half of them were unfamiliar. Keldor was still a bit shaken up by the sudden arrival of the strange giant raptor-like thing he'd encountered that morning, as well as the things that looked like midget tarbos. He could have sworn he heard a real tarbo after he got the herd moving again, but it appeared to have gotten mixed up with the giant raptor, a normal-sized raptor, the two midget tarbos, and a giant creature he didn't feel like learning anything more about. Someone wake me up from this nightmare! he muttered, but one of the females assured him that it had all happened that way. In the distance, he had heard the mixed languages as the predators babbled at one another in French (the sucho), Mongolian (the raptor, tarbo, and humongous creature), Chinese (the sino), and English (the albertos). Keldor felt something brush his leg and looked down to see what it was-- one of the pachies. The pachies knew the area well, so they were welcome guides as they traveled through the Gobi Desert. Yeswi Khan, the alpha Prenocephale, strode alongside Keldor. Yeswi Khan was elected by the pachy people as their leader; they had a democratic society. Traditionally, they elected a male that was lighter in color and more experienced, but young Yeswi's bold promises to change things for the better led them to elect their first dark-colored khan. "We'll reach a waterhole in a few minutes, up ahead, where those trees are," he said. "There we can drink and refresh ourselves. The next watering hole after that is three days away." "Figures; we'd better make the best of this one then," said Keldor. "How much further will you be taking us?" He knew the route to some degree, and his inborn senses told him how to follow the sun (and the magnetic field on overcast days), but he enjoyed the company and the guidance of the natives. Besides, the pachies could point out where water and food was, as well as providing additional eyes for predators. "We can take you as far as the desert stretches, but we do not want to climb the mountains beyond it," said Yeswi Khan. "Fair enough." There was a thud as one of the females collapsed from exhaustion. Since the Saurolophus was polygynous, that is, one male managed a herd of females, known as a harem, the only life that mattered was his own. If he died, he'd be eliminated from the gene pool, and another male would take his place as the alpha male. It would impregnate all the females and slaughter any already-existing young dinosaurs, an act known as infanticide. Keldor had done this himself when he took the life of the previous alpha of this harem. That had been several years ago now, and he'd managed to win against all challenging males since then, which gave him more confidence and higher success probability. "Where did the club-tails come from?" asked Yeswi Khan. Keldor looked where Yeswi Khan gestured, and saw a handful of ankylosaurids had joined the herd. "I've never seen club-tails without clubs." He tried to address the strange creatures, but they didn't seem to understand...nor did they seem to know any language aside from English. Thankfully, though, the clubless beasts didn't seem to be causing any trouble. Only ten more hours until the watering hole, he reminded himself. (Sorry for the long post!) [edit: changed what Yeswi Khan said since the following posts missed an important bit of information]
