Kerog wandered through the darkened forest wondering where the Tarbo has disappeared off to.He was quite content eating the local Shuuvia and Oviraptors in the area, but he craved more.It was then when Kerog found a clearing in the forest where he saw a large herd of various dinosaurs transversing through the desert landscape. He recognized many of the dinosaurs, including the Prenocephale and Saurolophus. There also was another beast,an ankylosaur.Kerog remembers trying a dead one a while back before he was transfered here.It tasted dry.Too dry for his tastes. The Prenocephale would make a better meal,as would the Saurolophus. However,it would take absolute precision to take down the Saurolophus without causing a racket. It was then when he saw the downed female behind the herd.Kerog decided to go eat that carcass once the herd passes. For now,he layed hidden within the forest shadows.

Yeswi Khan, haha. I'd vote for him! Dave awoke. He was tired, but now he was hungry. He had been taunted with food all day yesterday, yet barely ate anything. Dave coughed. He'd been coughing ever since he'd been here. Stupid Volcanic Ash he thought to himself. The fleas itched. He needed a sand bath to get rid of them. [Plenty of sand here.[/i] The warm sand felt nice, and he was relieved to know the fleas would be leaving. Why not try the pond? There were plenty of frogs there. Just be careful of Kerog...

"Here's the water, Master Keldor," said Yeswi Khan. "We can drink and eat here until we are refreshed and then move on tomorrow."
"My sincere thanks, Yeswi Khan. It's always good to have someone who knows the area with us," said Keldor as he knelt down to rest and sip from the oasis in this small forest that managed to grow here by itself in the middle of the desert. Keldor thought he heard something rustle in the reeds, but he saw nothing there.
The pond was full of small minnow-sized fish, which was okay, because the Saurolophus enjoyed a little fish now an then in their diet of vegetation, provided they were small enough to chew and swallow. while the herd refreshed themselves, many eyes kept watch, ready to sound the alarm if anything suspicious happened. The group of Nodosaurus chattered amongst themselves in their foreign tongue while they ate and drank, and Keldor thought it was quite entertaining to listen to them babbling what sounded like nonsense.

Keeron had been wandering around for the past couple hours. The smell of the rotting meat of a carcass drew him on. Eventually he found the carcass; a dead Saurolphus lying in the sand. The rest of the herd had moved on. He could see them by a watering hole. He didn't care whether they noticed him or not. Best of all, the carcass appeared untouched, apparently it had died from exhaustion rather than being killed by a predator, since it bore no injuries. Keeron wonder if the Sucho from earlier was nearby and might try to take it from him. Its scent hung faintly in the air, although he could not see it and, not wanting to pass up such a good free meal, he walked over to the body.

"Don't look now, but there's a tarbo back there," said Keldor to the khan.
"I see him. Keep an eye on him and if he makes false moves, let us know," said Yeswi Khan. Nearby a beetle scurried out from under a rock, hurrying to its next shady rock so it wouldn't fry in the hot sand beneath the sun's heat.

Keeron gorged himself on the body of the hadrosaur, starting with the incredibly nutritious liver, and moving onto internal organs, and devouring the meat. The flesh was tender, and had a slightly bitter taste, and he consumed it with relish. By the time he had eaten his fill, he had consumed much, although there was still plenty left. He looked up toward the direction of the watering hole. Perhaps it would make a nice spot for a rest, or perhaps a nap, and he could get a drink while he was at it. He walked over. He could always return to the carcass later.

As the tarbo got closer, Keldor alarmed the herd quickly but quietly. "Tarbo, stand together!" Calling out louder, he bucked up on his hind legs and warned the tarbo, "There are more of us than you, come no closer!"

lol lets just call the forest a tree clearing.
Kerog was now frustrated. He waited too long and his meal was pilfered by that cursed Tarbo. However he noticed it looked tired and was heading towards the lake, where the herd was.Perfect.He then stealthfully made his way to the carcass and gorged on the dry meat.Darn,no liver...As he feasted a giant shadow loomed from the skys.Ornithochierus,(or as he was known as,Caesar)decided to drop down and check the carcass.Kerog was too engorged in the meat that he let the massive pterosaur eat part of the carcass.Caesar, still a bit nervous, kept his distance and ate at the head, pecking at the eye.And after this,I shall make that Nodosaur my throne. Caesar thought.

Seeing this sudden rebellion from the herbivores, Keeron halted and glared. This made him slightly annoyed. "Come on," he grumbled, "can't a guy get a simple drink around here?"

Keeron turned his glare to the little Shuvuuia running around and mocking him. How I so badly want to just crush those little pests, he thought.

Upon hearing the Tarbosaurus's plea for water, there was some mumbling among the herd.
"Is this some sort of joke?" asked Keldor. "Why should we help you when you would probably turn around tomorrow and eat us?" More mumbling in the crowd.

"No, not joke. I'm just thirsty," remarked Keeron bluntly. "You're right, tomorrow if I get hungry I probably will try to eat one of you. But so what? You expect me to starve? Now get the hell out of my way." He began to move forward a couple steps.

Kerog finished his fill of the carcass, picked dry.Even Caesar was filled. However, both of them were now thirsty due to the dryness of the meat.Caesar flew immediately to the watering hole, evading the herd, and drenched himself in the cool water.Probably should ate him, that showoff... muttered Kerog. He headed to the trees to cool off since the water was obviously "overcrowded."
